Class Descriptions

Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu yoga for all. Learn, develop and grow at your own pace with personal attention. We will explore gentle posture modifications and advanced variations according to individual needs. The attention to details of alignment and safety in postures makes this class great for beginners or to those who want a more traditional meditative practice. Class begins with a seated meditation and closes with deep relaxation.

Yoga for Core
Yoga poses and movements which identify and strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen and back. Yoga for Core is designed to support the body in any activity, from simply sitting or standing to engaging in vigorous exercise. This class is self paced, yet a challenging and effective way to tone the abdominal muscles. Class begins with brief centering and closes with a short relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga
In Vinyasa Yoga classes we link breath and movement and flow from one posture to another. Each posture is held mindfully for several breaths before moving on. Some more challenging standing and balancing postures are explored. Class begins with brief centering and closes with a short relaxation.
