Private Yoga sessionsPrivate yoga sessions are the perfect solution for a variety of needs. Yoga personal training is ideal for students new to yoga who want a preview of what to expect in a group setting or more advanced students who want to work on a particular pose. Perfect for those who would like to put together a personal "at home" practice or who already practice at home but need the occasional feedback of a trained teacher to insure safety in the postures. Finally, private sessions can be conveniently scheduled to fit into your busy lifestyle.
Yoga Groups
Consider starting your own yoga group. Share a weekly or monthly private
class with friends or family. You choose the day, time, and even the
style of the class. Enjoy the camaraderie you find in traditional book
groups,
knitting and play groups and nourish your mind and body as well. Classes
generally run in 4-8 session blocks, convenient to your schedule.
Yoga Parties
Yoga parties provide a memorable activity
for all ages and occasions: birthday parties for adults, children’s
birthday parties, bridal showers and sweet sixteen to name a few. Session
length and my involvement
in the party will vary according to your desires. I simply lead a
basic yoga class or provide a variety of options for additional
yoga
related
activities.
Yoga for Athletic Teams
Add yoga to your team’s training regimen.
Whether in season or off season, the many benefits of yoga will improve
your team’s flexibility, strength, focus and cohesiveness. Classes
are modified to focus on requested goals, and to work on muscle groups
specific to a particular sport. Past participants in My Om’s
programs include the following teams: Exeter High School (EHS) Varsity Field
Hockey, UNH
Women’s Crew, UNH Women’s Basketball and St. Thomas Aquinas
women's Basketball.

Corporate Yoga
Classes in the workplace provide employees easy access to stress reduction
programs in organizations of any size. Yoga programs directly address
tension in both the body and the mind. Our classes remove stress
from both sources since tension in one area has a direct effect on the
other.
The classes offer simple, safe, and practical techniques that quickly
reduce tension and stress at any time and place, especially in the
office.

Whole Fitness Personal Training
If you want a complete, focused workout, without the atmosphere of a
traditional gym, try Whole Fitness Personal Training with Rochelle (an
AFAA Certified Personal Trainer). We will use any of your existing exercise
equipment to create a complete fitness program which meets your interests
and needs. No equipment? No worries. Minimal equipment programs use ties,
bands, light weights and your body’s own resistance to create a
workout you can stick with. It’s all about you - your fitness goals
and workout style contribute to the final product: a regimen you can
follow on your own.
StressLess Program for Girls
Activities include journaling, sharing, yoga, massage, nutrition discussion,
breath work and relaxation to promote well-being in adolescent girls.
This 3 hour program is a great introduction to yoga and its many
health and wellness
benefits. This is a fantastic workshop for both team building and self-esteem
building. Try bringing the StressLess Program to your Girl Scout troop,
youth group or school.
